GRS Recruitment are working with an international brokerage based in Limassol and are looking to hire a Client Funding Officer to join and work in close coordination with Group offices to provide seamless service. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process client funding transactions with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring timely completion.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on client trading behavior, patterns, and performance. Collaborating with colleagues from different departments to support overall company goals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of improved funding processes and procedures, aiming to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as PSP and Accounting, to resolve any funding-related issues or discrepancies promptly.
  • Monitor and reconcile client funding accounts regularly, maintaining accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client transactions, funding requests, and associated documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Support teams to identify opportunities for client acquisition and retention through competitive funding options.
  • Perform reconciliation procedures, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation of the company's financial transactions.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and proposing effective solutions.
  • Provide assistance to clients regarding funding inquiries, offering guidance on available payment options, and addressing any concerns or questions related to their accounts.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • University degree in economics/finance/business or in a related field (preferable but not a must)
  • Previous experience in a similar role (preferable but not a must)
  • Fluent in English – written and verbal (additional language will be a plus)
  • Computer literate – very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word
  • Able to work in a high-pressure environment and on tight deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Previous Work Experience in Forex or Finance Trading Industry (considered an advantage)
  • Strong Awareness of Market Trends, Emerging Technologies, and New FinTech Products and Business Models (considered an advantage)
