MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan for the timely execution of any projects assigned to the Client Management Unit in close co-operation with the Team Leaders.

Monitor the operations of the Centralized Reconstructed Statements Team as to ensure that the approved Company policy is applied, and the response timings abide with the agreed SLAs with the various stakeholders.

Monitor the progress of external service providers relating to the operations of unit (e.g., Land Registry Associates) and engage in the preparation of new servicing agreements where necessary in alignment with the Head Enforcement Services.

Liaise with any third parties within the Company on issues relating to the overall operations of the Unit.

Use the allocated approving limits for the approval of invoices issued by external associates.

Act as a mediator in case of any kind of dispute with external associates.

Ensure that all systems are duly updated with all the required data relating to any operations of the unit, and that accurate management reporting is produced either on a systematic or ad-hoc basis.

Provide support to the Team Leaders or other members of the team on the resolution of complex issues arising.

Be responsible to prepare reports when requested by Management with regards to Client Management operations.

Ensure that all members of the team receive proper training on their assigned tasks and develop their knowledge and skills as on-going basis.

Encourage constantly all team members to embrace the core values of the Company and use them as a guide for their day-to-day activities at work and their behavior.

Undertake tasks defined by the Enforcement Services Department, in the context of audit, by external consultants or other authorities designated by the Company.

Be updated and implement the regulations/procedures and circulars that govern the work of the Department in order to comply with the Company’s Policies.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Banking, or any other relevant background.

A Master’s Degree in any of the above areas will be considered an advantage.

At least five years of experience in a managerial position involving teams of over 10 staff.

Very good knowledge of banking rules and regulations.
-
Strong commercial awareness, ability to work well under pressure and efficiently manage time and meet strict deadlines.

Very strong organizational skills.
-
Ability to delegate work and monitor progress effectively.
-
Excellent managerial skills.
-
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and writing.
-
Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken.
