The successful candidate must be able to converse fluently in German, Dutch, or Arabic. The role will be to build long terms relationships with clients and to work towards in-house targets. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle incoming leads and develop them into clients of the company.

Communicate marketing promotions to clients.

Build trust with the clients.

Increase the number of verified clients and depositors.

Meet personal and team targets.

Promote the company’s brand.

Contact existing clients ensuring they receive the highest level of service.

Manage client relationships and satisfaction through proactive support, training, and incentive. offerings, ensuring that clients have access to up-to-date market and pricing information.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Fluent in German, Dutch or Arabic , plus any other language a plus.

Previous experience in a FX Sales/Retention/business developer role.
