A global and well-established company, providing among others functional nutrition, dietary supplements, and cosmetics line, are working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Russian speaking Client Service Specialist for their Limassol based offices. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide high-quality of service to the company's clients (promote and sell products, providing accurate information about the assortment, promotions, prices and payment methods, order processing, claims work, etc.)
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to customers that contacted the company through active communication channels (telephone, e-mail, messengers, CRM, etc.)
  • Acquire a lot of new information, new processes, standards, instructions and be guided by them in daily work, including work in conditions of limited information.
  • Interact with other departments and maintain a high efficiency of solving customer complaints.
  • Properly prepare the management documents of the company, according to the principles of protection of commercial information and confidentiality.
  • Independently draft special documents (contracts, complaints) in the process of customer service, by taking into consideration consumer rights.
  • draw up, accurately fill out and distribute financial source documents in accordance with the requirements of accounting legislation, as well as use specialized computer programs.
  • Independently prepare, track and summarize information on financial transactions in the process of customer service.

  • Work independently with electronic cards and relevant equipment for conducting payment transactions in the process of customer service.
  • Create reports from the CRM system and perform data analysis to identify trends or problems for subsequent improvements (operational processes and services, product quality, communication between departments).
  • Comply with the EU Data Protection Convention and with the personal data protection standards.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Holder of a University degree in Psychology, Law, Marketing or in any other relevant field
  • At least 1 year of previous working experience in the field of customer service.
  • Experience in conducting business correspondence - ability to conduct a constructive dialogue.
  • Fluency in Russian and English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of French will be considered an advantage.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to plan the daily work and perform it strictly on time according to internal KPIs.
