A global Corporate Service Provider is looking for a Client Services Administrator to join them in Malta. The role entails administering a varied portfolio of complex clients whilst demonstrating commercial acumen and always ensuring excellent client service delivery. This role is for an initial period of 10 months. The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience in a similar role and a degree in a suitable subject. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Liaising with clients and intermediaries in relation to a variety of transactions
  • Managing standard correspondence
  • Maintaining client records, conducting annual reviews and assisting to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Act as a key support the to the team leader and provide assistance with managing the team on a day-to-day basis
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role within financial services
  • Enthusiastic individual who demonstrates a passion for client service delivery
  • Holder or working towards a relevant industry qualification is desirable
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are required
  • Previous knowledge of Microsoft Navision is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given
