A leading Bank/EMI is searching for a Client Success Manager to ensure that clients get the best experience possible and help them achieve their goals. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience, working as a Client Success Manager or a similar role with a Financial and/or Technology SaaS company and experience using client satisfaction metrics.   • Understand the clients businesses and help them achieve their goals
  • Review the client journey, identifying bottlenecks and taking a consultative approach internally as well as with clients to overcome issues and achieve goals
  • Gather feedback from clients through meetings, surveys, and other initiatives
  • Collect and analyse trends in CSAT/CES/NPS scores to identify areas of improvement
  • Plan, write and manage general communications with clients
  • Look at the whole client base and identify opportunities to minimise churn and maximise value
  • Manage change requests
  • Work closely with Account Managers to make sure that clients achieve both their commercial and non-commercial goals
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Client Services and Product teams to channel client feedback and improve client engagement.
  • 3 years experience, working as a Client Success Manager or a similar role with a Financial and/or Technology SaaS company
  • Have good experience using client satisfaction metrics (and other mechanisms) to gather client feedback
  • Takes pride in building relationships with clients
  • Fluency in written and verbal English
  • Have experience in drafting and managing client communications
  • Excellent communication skills, via e-mail, chat and telephone.
