GRS Recruitment are working in close partnership with a growing Fintech Provider who are searching for a Client Success Manager to join the Management Team in Limassol. For this position we are looking for a candidate with a passion for delivering a top tier solution and giving the highest level of service to clients. You will be working with clients on a global scale and provide ongoing support to your clients. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist customers as needed with setting up and configuration of product or service
  • Provide onboarding and further client integration
  • Assist in training courses and educational materials for onboarded clients, including face to face education
  • Cross-sell and upsell of product or service to existing customers
  • Prepare agreements and keep track of the paid invoices and bills
  • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, consult customers with questions and suggest the best products for their needs
  • Promote the value of the product and value through customer experience
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Solid experience in customer service or customer success position
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • Social skills required for the upselling and building long-lasting cooperation
  • Technical skills required as they relate for the use of the product to service to be solid
  • Accountability and personal organization are essential
  • Experience analyzing and optimizing the existing processes in the Customer Success department
  • Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
