Our esteemed client, a forward-thinking Forex trading organisation based in Limassol, is seeking a dedicated Cloud & Systems Administrator to become a vital part of their team. You will play an important role in maintaining secure, stable, and well-governed systems, while helping introduce modern infrastructure practices including automation, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code.
The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on systems administration and infrastructure experience with an interest in cloud platforms and DevOps practices, alongside an understanding of compliance frameworks and audit readiness in regulated environments. You will work closely with IT, Cybersecurity, and Risk teams to ensure systems remain secure, resilient, and aligned with ICT governance standards, while contributing to the organization’s long-term cloud adoption strategy. The role also includes ownership and continuous improvement of Business Continuity (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) processes across the organization. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and maintain hybrid infrastructure, including on‑premises systems, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and emerging public cloud environments.

Support the organization’s cloud adoption, contributing to architecture planning, migration activities, and operational readiness.

Implement automation and Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM, and help develop CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment reliability and consistency.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize server, network, and cloud performance using Azure-native monitoring and centralized logging tools.

Maintain and regularly test Backup, Business Continuity (BCP), and Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures across cloud and on‑prem environments.

Ensure governance and audit readiness, maintaining documentation and working closely with Risk, Security, and Compliance teams to meet ICT requirements including GDPR, DORA, and ISO 27001.

Provide Tier 2/3 support, including incident resolution and user lifecycle tasks such as onboarding and offboarding.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

3+ years of experience in systems and cloud administration within an ICT or regulated environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Linux systems.

Solid understanding of ICT governance, compliance frameworks, and audit documentation.

Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
-
Fluency in English (professional working proficiency) is required.

Fluency in Hebrew is a plus.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM, Pulumi, etc.).

Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps workflows.

Experience with monitoring, logging, or observability platforms.

Exposure to container technologies or modern platform tooling.

Experience working in environments subject to regulatory or audit requirements (ISO 27001, SOC 2, DORA, etc.).
