The leading name in the IT Industry is working with GRS to recruit a Cloud Technical Specialist to join their well-established team in Nicosia. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Cloud Customers and participate in the operation and administration for our Clients Cloud Marketplaces. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support cloud solutions customers for marketplace, technical, informational, billing and other matters.

Participate in the operations and administration of the Companies Cloud Marketplaces.

On-board new solutions on the Companies Cloud Marketplaces.

Operate the Helpdesk environment needed for support.

Make recommendations for process improvements and new solutions.

Ensure strong customer satisfaction and best-in-class experience.

Be flexible in working off-hours for support calls, and during other time zones in the region, including weekends. These will be taken into consideration in the remuneration scheme.

Undertake other new and evolving responsibilities in the Cloud Solution Business Unit.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Have a highly enthusiastic approach to work in a rapidly changing and evolving strategic area.

University Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
-
≥ 2 years of hands-on experience as a support consultant in operating systems, networking or cloud environments is strongly desired.

Know-how of ICT field and systems, storage, virtualization, networking and/or security.

Microsoft Cloud Modern Workplace, Azure, Business Application Certifications, and other Microsoft Certifications are desired.

Fluency in both Greek and English is required.

Arabic language fluency will be a strong advantage.
