The successful candidate will be an energetic and personable professional with exceptional communication, and time management skills. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing the collection of funds for portfolio of accounts

Communication with customers on a regular basis via email and telephone

Reconciliation of customer accounts

Coordination and problem solving with the customers

Daily communication and interaction with other internal departments
-
Meet assigned targets for collection objectives in assigned accounts.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree in business, economics or related subject
-
Experience with credit control/receivables is an advantage
-
Good Microsoft office skills
-
Fluent English
-
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
-
Good organisational skills and ability to multi-task
-
Ability to work under pressure
-
Well rounded, adaptable and flexible.
