A well-established company in the Food & Beverage sector are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Director for their growing business in Limassol. This will be a sales driven position and will require travelling to different cities across Cyprus. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning – develop a commercial strategy for the business to drive sales and also identify new market opportunities

Sales – oversee the sales team keeping in mind targets across retail and wholesale channels.

Retail operations – effective management of stores and customer service
-
Marketing – promote the business and increase brand awareness
-
Relationships with clients – negotiating terms, dealing with suppliers and networking

Finance – looking after budgets, financial reports and forecasts
-
Be a genuine leader and supporter for the sales team ensuring that business objectives are achieved
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
At least 3 years of experience within Sales / Management roles in food & beverage or retail sectors.

BA degree in Business / Marketing / Administration or similar
-
Strong understanding of retail and wholesale operations
-
Proven leadership and negotiation skills

Fluent in Greek and English languages
-
Passionate about sales and networking with clients
