GRS Recruitment are working in partnership with a new and exciting brand in Limassol who is searching for a Commercial Pre-Sales Lead & Solution Architect to shape and win complex, high-value deals across transportation, shipping, and digital infrastructure. This role owns the front end of strategic opportunities turning customer challenges into clear, competitive, and deliverable solutions. You’ll work across sales, product, delivery, and partners to design offerings that make sense technically, commercially, and operationally.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the end-to-end pre-sales process for priority deals

Design solution architectures that blend platforms, cloud, services, and partners

Shape scope, pricing, effort estimates, and commercial models

Lead RFPs and tenders, strategy, compliance, and standout proposals

Run customer workshops, demos, and technical discussions

Hand over clean, well-structured solutions to delivery teams

Feed market insight back into product and solution strategy
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Solid years in pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical sales
-
Experience selling complex, multi-vendor, multi-service solutions
-
Strong exposure to regulated or enterprise procurement environments

Solid grasp of cloud, cybersecurity, integration, and enterprise platforms

Confident communicator who can simplify complexity and influence decisions
