DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the development of commercial strategy initiatives and action plans.

Prepare commercial one-pagers, sales materials and product communication tools for channels.

Coordinate campaign-related materials and support execution with internal stakeholders.

Assist with reporting, market analysis and preparation of strategic presentations.

Contribute to the identification of new opportunities, channel needs and sales enablement improvements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Delivery quality and timeliness of commercial materials.

Support provided to campaign execution and strategic projects.

Quality of analysis, presentations and sales enablement outputs.

Responsiveness to internal business needs.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance or a related field. Experience in sales support, commercial strategy, product communication or business analysis is desirable

Strong coordination and communication skills, commercial mindset, structured delivery, good writing and presentation capability, and the ability to work across multiple initiatives in parallel.
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€23,000 - €28,000 Gross Per Annum

Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
