The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Procurement of various trades in the construction process, including activities such as:

RFPs publishing, negotiations with the various vendors, preparation of comparison tables and reports

Constant efforts for value engineering
-
Responsible for construction site logistics
-
Responsible for construction site inventory
-
Preparation of payment orders together with the relevant responsible personnel
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University degree in Architecture or Civil engineering.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Site engineer / Construction Manager/Procurement agent in a Main Contractor firm
-
Competent with computerized work environment, including MS-Office package, MS-Project, etc.

ERP software will be considered as an advantage

Fluent in Greek and English languages
