A leading Capital Management firm is looking for a Compliance Administrator to join their team in Malta. This is a newly established company in Malta and the brains behind are from the top university in Italy and have come out of global investment banks. The role will encompass Compliance Administration and a little Accounting so a candidate which a mix of skills would be perfect.   • Implement in-house client acceptance requirements
  • Client re-evaluation in line with quality and risk management policies
  • Liaise with relevant departments to address, advice and gather the necessary information on queries to comply with AML / CFT procedures, including compliance checks
  • Update records, including the upkeep of physical files and electronic systems
  • Monitor and manage risk controls and advise management accordingly
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures.
  • Undertake some basic accounting activities
  • Good understanding or prior experience in a KYC or AML/CFT role.
  • Previous basic Accounting duties
  • Excellent communication skills especially in English and ideally, Italian
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team building qualities.
