For their team in Limassol, they are currently seeking to recruit a Compliance Officer. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a Compliance Officer role and the ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment. Also, the candidate must have experience with Licensing and Compliance for offshore regulators. Interaction with EMIs is a plus. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stimulating environment!
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assessing and ongoing monitoring of the constant compliance of the company with all applicable regulatory and legislative provisions

Ability to deal with all licences the company holds; CySEC, ASIC and FCA

Assist in obtaining new licenses in other jurisdictions
-
Assisting in obtaining an EMI license
-
Researching and providing efficient information on other regulators or any EMI processes and procedures
-
Managing day-to day operations of the AML/CFT function, including regular monitoring and assessment of the effective implementation of the internal AML/CFT policies and procedures

Preparing the training and educating material to be sent to the staff of the Company in respect with the AML/CFT function according to the Law

Ensuring that the company continues to remain in compliance with the regulations

Providing assistance to the Head of Compliance for all compliance related matters
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree in Law, Business or any other relevant filed
-
At least 2 years’ experience as a Compliance Officer within a CIF Company
-
CySEC Advanced Certificate is a must
-
Fluent in English is a must
-
Experience with EMIs is a major advantage

Experience with licensing in other jurisdictions is a must
-
Experience with compliance in other offshore jurisdictions and regulators

Knowledge of legal requirements and controls

Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
