A growing investment group of companies with offices in Cyprus and Europe is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join their Larnaca based team as the Consolidation Reporting Assistant. The successful candidate will support group financial reporting processes and play an active role in consolidation activities, working within a collaborative finance team in a dynamic and professional environment.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the preparation of quarterly and year-end consolidation financial reporting in accordance with IFRSs.

Prepare consolidation reporting working papers and support the audit process, liaising with external auditors as required.

Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements for a public interest entity.

Obtain an understanding of the activities of group companies and review accounting records to ensure accurate and compliant reporting.

Provide support on ad-hoc finance and reporting tasks as required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Minimum 2 years of experience in the preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRSs.

Strong Excel skills, including the use of formulas and data analysis tools.

Member of a recognized professional accounting body (ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent).

Fluency in English both written and verbal. Fluency in German will be considered an advantage.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with attention to detail.
