MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Setting and keeping schedules– Responsible for reviewing and monitoring construction works schedule. Ensure that construction works are on schedule.

Able to manage a number of different projects at the same time.

Proper utilization of resources.

Prepare manpower and plant requirements.
-
Takes corrective actions together with Site Managers. Assist with recovery schedules
-
Coordination between Construction Sites – Personnel, Equipment & Subcontractors allocation/coordination as per projects needs
-
Feedback and information flow between projects regarding construction issues
-
Ensure that projects are executed within the construction budget
-
Deal with the working relationships that exist on the construction sites
-
Maintain database relative to construction costs that affect the construction budget
-
Technical supervision – Solve technical issues
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
-
At least 10 years of relevant experience with emphasis in complex, fast‐ track, project delivery.

Demonstrated organizational skills and problem‐solving ability

Ability to access resources inside and outside of the company
-
Ability to inspire and motivate others to perform well
-
Manage resources efficiently
-
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles

Excellent planning and problem-solving skills

Advanced interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Team player with leadership abilities
-
Strong computer skills - MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project

Languages: English and Greek
