An established property developer with offices headquartered in Paphos is looking for a Construction Site Manager. The successful candidate will have minimum 5 years’ experience in the construction industry and an in-depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervising construction workers and hiring subcontractors

Buying materials for each phase of the project

Monitoring build costs and project progress

Conducting quality and safety inspections

Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings

Assessing and minimising risk

Helping to negotiating contracts and securing permits and licences
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
-
5 years’ experience in the construction industry

In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material principles

Fluent in English and Greek
