On behalf of our client, a company operating in the Construction industry, GRS Recruitment are looking for a Contract Administrator to join their Limassol based offices. The successful candidate will be responsible to provide operational and financial administration support to the contract delivery team to meet contract and business objectives. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide contract operation support as required by the Contract Management and Supervisory teams
  • Collate and Maintain contract and operational documentation
  • Undertake job costing via client systems ensuring attention to detail and accuracy at all times
  • Manage financial reporting, to include WiP and Application Trackers
  • Monitor debt level to ensure remains in line with contract forecast
  • Review and rectify invoice queries
  • Review and maintain client ‘statutory compliance tracking system, assisting the Helpdesk to schedule works as necessary to ensure 100% compliance
  • Arrange and process sub-contractor orders as renewals are required   
  • Provide frontline contact with client representatives and third parties
  • Attend meetings as requested by the Contract Manager or both on site and at company offices where necessary.
  • Take minutes of meetings and distribute to attendees and contract stakeholders
  • Support the Contract Management team in the preparation of reports, minute action logs and communication via emails etc.
  • Create and update logbooks
  • Update quote log and track client approvals
  • Other administrative duties as required
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • At least 2 years previous working experience within a FM or Building Services environment
  • Demonstrate a proven experience and understanding of operating a Service/ FM Software Package. 
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Demonstrate consistent excellent standards of diligence
  • Adaptable to a variety of work and contract demands 
  • Have a logical and organized method to enable 100% completion of all works
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task to a high level, whilst achieving strict deadlines
  • Able to liaise with Technician and Sub Contractors and ensure standards of works are maintained
  • Competent in providing professional communication with all
  • IT literate in all Microsoft packages especially Word and Excel - in order to produce detailed Excel and Word reports
  • Ability to work overtime if required
  • To have a can do and flexible attitude
 
COMPANY PROFILE
  • Attractive remuneration package
  • 25 days annual leave
  • Working hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-18:00
