Our esteemed client, a prominent construction company based in Limassol, is seeking a dedicated Permanent Contract & Cost Control Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall commercial, contractual, and cost management of construction projects. The role includes managing all contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, preparing project budgets for new projects, and overseeing cost control activities across all ongoing projects. The position ensures financial discipline, contractual compliance, and effective coordination with Quantity Surveyors to achieve project and company financial objectives. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
  • Manage and administer all contracts with suppliers and subcontractors across all projects.
  • Prepare, review, negotiate, and finalize subcontract and supplier agreements.
  • Monitor contract performance, variations, claims, extensions of time, and final accounts.
  • Review tender documents, commercial proposals, and cost estimates to ensure accuracy and risk mitigation.
  • Lead the preparation of detailed project budgets for new projects in coordination with estimating, procurement, and project teams.
  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate Quantity Surveyors across all projects.
  • Prepare commercial reports and summaries for senior management decision-making.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as RICS, CIOB, PMP, or equivalent are an advantage.
  • Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in construction commercial management or cost control.
  • Hands-on experience with Cost Reporting and Project Control
  • Strong Analytical Skills for financial tracking and forecasting
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in industry-standard cost management tools and software
  • Demonstrated experience managing and leading Quantity Surveying teams.
