A reputable provider of professional employment and compliance consultancy services are working with GRS to recruit a Contracts Executive to join their well-established team in Limassol. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills in English language and will be reporting to the Head of Employed solutions.   • Reviewing, drafting, and revising contracts on a daily basis.
  • Negotiating terms and conditions with Agencies and liaising for pending or overdue contracts.
  • Liaise with internal Sales Team to resolve contractual queries.
  • Identify and address contract clauses that may pose a business risk.
  • Research employment laws to ensure contract templates are up to date and accurate.
  • Adhere to Company and Agencies SLAs.
  • Ensure notes and updates on contracts are accurate and updated
  • Processing contracts within expected period expressed by management. Urgent contact to be processed at the earliest opportunity within the same day.
  • 4 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of international labor laws would be considered an advantage particularly in any EU or Nordic countries other than Cyprus.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to use software applications effectively.
  • Excellent written and spoken business English. Additional languages will be considered an advantage
  • Great communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously but also as part of a multi-cultural team
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure when necessary to adhere to deadlines.
