On behalf of our client, a well-established and growing Forex company, GRS are seeking to recruit Conversion Agents (English / Thai / Indonesian / Chinese speaking) to join their team in Limassol. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year previous experience in Conversion or similar position in financial services. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Generating and developing trading clients from new leads

Maintaining a high volume of client contact via phone and chat

Providing training to clients on the company’s products and trading systems

Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication

Promoting the company’s products and services in an effective manner

Actively following up on queries and providing feedback to customer ensuring that clients receive the best level of service

Ensure compliance with the company’s legal guidelines and compliance procedures

Contribute to the team effort by achieving targeted results

Cooperate effectively with other departments as necessary
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree in a business-related field will be a plus

At least 1 year previous experience in Conversion or similar position in financial services company is a must

Fluency in English language is a must

Knowledge of Thai, Indonesian or Chinese language, will be considered an advantage
