A leading Trust & Corporate Services Firm are looking for an experienced Corporate / Compliance Administrator to join their team in Malta. You will report to the Corporate Manager and join a team of 3 Corporate Administrators providing a wide range of corporate duties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Corporate Administration / Compliance Administrator role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Incorporation and maintenance of companies, including annual corporate compliance, corporate changes, and resolutions as well bank and VAT related documents.
  • Handle day to day requests by clients in a timely and concise manner.
  • Interact with individuals at different levels including staff, managers, executives, and clients.
  • Liaise with various external stakeholders including the Registry of Companies, Tax and Vat Departments as well as banks.
  • Assist in the client onboarding and screening process. 
  • Assist in the process of acceptance of new clients.
  • Assist in the routine and ad hoc monitoring of existing clients.
  • Assist in the performance of client and jurisdictional risk assessments.
 CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • A minimum of two years' administration and / or compliance experience with good knowledge of legislation covering corporate and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of AML-ATF legislation and compliance procedures.
  • Strong IT skills with ability to learn new systems quickly. Very competent in the use of Microsoft office products.
  • A versatile, flexible and can-do attitude.
  • Ability to communicate fluently and confidently in written and spoken English.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
