GRS Recruitment are working with a well-established international service provider based in Limassol who is looking for a Corporate Administrator to join their dynamic Legal Department. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES
  • Provide day-to-day support on corporate, compliance, and immigration matters across the Group.
  • Assist in opening and maintaining corporate bank accounts, liaising with banks for compliance reviews.
  • Prepare, review, and manage KYC and due diligence documentation.
  • Support financial audits by coordinating and delivering required documents in a timely manner.
  • Order and maintain corporate certificates, records, and registries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee corporate structure updates and adherence to both local and international regulations.
  • Coordinate the execution, certification, and legalization of legal and corporate documents.
  • Manage general administrative tasks—from filing and correspondence to document control.
  • Contribute to ad hoc legal and administrative projects, adding value across departments.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Educated to Degree level or the equivalent in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in corporate administration, KYC, or immigration.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Critical thinker with a proactive approach to solving challenges.
  • A team player who’s equally comfortable working independently.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
