A leading boutique legal firm is looking for an experienced Corporate Administrator to join their team in Malta. The role will encompass a range of Corporate Administrative duties including incorporation of companies and opening of bank accounts. The ideal candidate will have 1 years’ experience working in a similar role. If you have the right skills, then we look forward to receiving your CV for this Malta based Corporate Administrator role.
  • Incorporation and maintenance of companies, including annual corporate compliance, corporate changes, and resolutions as well bank and VAT related documents.
  • Handle day to day requests by clients in a timely and concise manner.
  • Interact with individuals at different levels including staff, managers, executives, and clients.
  • Liaise with various external stakeholders including the Registry of Companies, Tax and Vat Departments as well as banks.
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a corporate administration role in a service focused industry
  • Excellent organisational, management and time-management skills.
  • Team player and ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Flexible and can-do attitude.
