On  behalf of an international consultancy agency specializing in payment solutions, GRS is looking to recruit a Corporate Administrator for their office in Limassol. The successful candidate need to have great motivational and organizational skills, attention to detail as this person will become a key contributor to grow their existing customer base and improve the quality of their client services. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Formation of both Cyprus and Overseas companies for clients as well formation and maintenance of all available companies
  • Daily communication with Registrar of Companies, lawyers and other institutions in many jurisdictions 
  • Handle and Assist with the day-to-day operations of the corporate department
  • Maintain legal and administrative files for all clients
  • Preparation of documents for changes in structure of companies relating to a change in shareholding, directors, share capital, etc. and filing changes with Registrar of Companies
  • Bank Account Openings: Preparation, submission and liaising with banks (local and international) from application to account opening stage as well as handling ongoing bank reviews
  • Very good understanding of AML compliance requirements and ability to apply relevant judgement of such requirements in practice
  • Manage relationships and consulting with and coordinating advice from other party professionals including lawyers and banks
  • Organize and attend client meetings
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience in a similar position within a Law firm or a Corporate Service Company.
  • Responsible, service-minded, positive and team-oriented attitude.
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
  • Professional treatment of confidential information.
  • Good learning attitude and strong result and quality driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Word and Outlook.
  • Fluent in English.
