GRS are working closely with a Company already in the process of obtaining their license as an Administrative Services Provider. For their offices in Larnaca, they are currently seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator who must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Formation of both Cyprus and Overseas companies for clients as well as formation and maintenance of all available companies
  • Communication with Registrar of Companies, lawyers, and other service providers in many jurisdictions
  • Handle and Assist with the day-to-day operations of the corporate department
  • Maintain legal and administrative files for all clients
  • Preparation of documents for changes in structure of companies relating to a change in shareholding, directors, share capital, etc. and filing changes with Registrar of Companies
  • Ensure that all the necessary changes that need to be made with the Registrar of Companies are made on time, and that all Certificates are updated and kept in file
  • Visit the Registrar of Companies offices to obtain company certificates
  • Prepare, execute, and process documents such as board resolutions, agreements, powers of attorney and annual returns
  • Prepare application forms of the Cyprus Registrar of Companies
  • Ensure client details are accurately recorded and appropriate documentation is in place
  • Comply with KYC requirements and keep records in the database
  • Maintain registers of the company as required under the provisions of the Companies Law and update records in company’s computer systems and databases
  • Performing other administrative duties on request
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • At least 3 years previous experience in a similar position within a law firm or licensed Corporate Service Provider
  • Ability to work under pressure and undertake and execute instructions
  • Familiarity with legal documents and terminology
  • Team player
  • Fluent in English
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
