They are currently looking to expand their Limassol team and are recruiting for a Corporate Administrator with a minimum of 1 year of experience. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Formation of both Cyprus and Overseas Companies for clients.
  • Perusal, review of various corporate agreements and arranging for execution by the Directors of the Companies.
  • Preparation, review and execution of various secretarial services/documents of the Companies including minutes, resolutions, instruments of transfer, share certificates, incumbency certificates as well as Specific Powers of Attorney.
  • Filing and administration duties.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • University Degree in Accounting, Economic, Business Administration, Legal or relevant
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position is require
  • Proficient in MS Office software and generally computer literate
  • Fluency in English
  • Team player
  • Attention to detail
COMPANY BENEFITS
  • 13th salary
  • Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30 - 17:30 (with half hour break) and Friday 8:30 - 14:30 (with no break)
