On behalf of our client, a well-established Corporate Services Provider, GRS are currently seeking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer/Administrator for their Limassol offices. The successful candidate will be part of a multicultural and highly professional environment managing the team and assisting in all aspects of the day-to day administration of the company.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicating with clients, gathering relevant documentation and/ or information

Preparing agreements and other legal documents in accordance with clients’ requests
-
Reviewing agreements and consulting with clients and in-house legal team on important matters
-
Dealing with Power of Attorney, Resolutions, Corporate changes, obtaining certificates
-
Preparation of the forms and resolutions reflecting the changes, filing with the local Registrar of Companies
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University graduate in Law
-
Previous experience of minimum 3 years in a similar position

Very Good Knowledge of Greek and English languages
