GRS are looking for a Corporate Administrator on behalf of a reputable investment group focusing on the hospitality and the real estate sectors based in Limassol. The successful candidate will work closely with, and be supported by, the Group general counsel and external company secretaries and legal advisors. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Take responsibility of Corporate Administration of several operating Cyprus entities and liaising with external company secretaries to ensure corporate administration remains up to date.
  • Ensure proper record keeping of all agreements and any other legal documentation and maintaining an organized filing system of the department.
  • Regular liaison with external company secretaries to ensure filings at Cyprus Registrar of Companies are made in good time with correct information
  • Arranging for execution of corporate resolutions and agreements by board members and shareholders with the support of the Group’s General Counsel and managing collection of wet-ink signatures of the Group’s companies.
  • Responsible for the preparation of various documents for certification, legalization and apostille.
  • Provide support to the general counsel and generally the group on daily corporate administrative matters.
  • Assist with preparation of corporate resolutions for business transactions, such as minutes of corporate bodies (shareholders’, boards’ advisory boards’ resolutions) or administrative legal documents such as incumbency certificates closely supported by the Group’s general counsel and external advisors.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • University graduate in a relevant field
  • Previous experience within the corporate department of either a group of companies or a fiduciary service provider or a law firm is essential.
  • Organized and self-motivated with a willingness to take responsibility and initiative.
  • Proficient in both Greek & English (written & spoken).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work within deadlines.
