On behalf of our Client, a well-established Corporate and Fiduciary Services firm, GRS are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their continuously expanding team in Larnaca. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience as a Corporate administrator.   • Excellent practical knowledge of corporate procedures and statutory forms/documentation of the Cyprus Registrar of companies including incorporation and liquidation of Cyprus legal entities, compliance procedures and statutory requirements.
  • Preparation, review and execution of various secretarial services/documents of the companies including minutes, resolutions, instruments of transfer, share certificates, incumbency certificates as well as Specific Powers of Attorney etc.
  • Laie with corporate service providers, law firms, government offices, Registry of Corporate Affairs etc.
  • Experience with administration of foreign legal entities
  • Comply with KYC requirements
  • Dealing directly with the clients concerning day to day business
  • Opening of the Bank Accounts, with all Major banks in Cyprus and Overseas
  • Assist clients with their banking inquiries
  • Incorporating companies, completion and filling of company forms
  • Bachelors degree in Law
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in Greek and English languages
  • Excellent Computer skills
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • High communication and confidentiality skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
