MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Working within the Formation & Administration Unit of the Company & Commercial department

Filing of returns and other documents at the Companies Registry

Completion of returns/ preparation of documents to be filed the Registry

Communication with corporate clients
-
Providing assistance to lawyers of the team

Typing texts/communication dictated by lawyers

Updating corporate files and records
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Pleasant personality, good communication skills, reliable, paying attention to detail, able to work under pressure and in teams

Fluent in Greek and English

Previous experience as a Corporate Admisitrator is a must

A relevant university degree
