GRS is working with an establish group of brokerages with CySec and other regulations, looking to recruit a  Group Legal & Compliance Assistant for their offices in Limassol. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
  • Ensure that all certificates and KYC information and documentation concerning the Group companies and its officers are updated and kept in file.
  • Preparation and execution of bank accounts and other accounts opening application forms and completion of account opening related tasks, such as granting authorizations and appointing signatories.
  • Perform registrations in authorities or other bodies as it might be required and execute applications and other related documentation.
  • Preparation or completion of corporate documentation, such as resolutions, power of attorneys, minutes etc.
  • Assisting with regulatory reporting on a group level
  • Liaising  with local and foreign regulators
  • Assisting to develop and oversee internal compliance control procedures in line with regulatory requirements and company's standards
  • Responsible for the preparation of documents and agreements for certification/apostille purposes.
  • Liaising with Banks, Registry of Companies and other authorities or bodies as may be required.
  • Ensure proper record keeping of agreements and other legal documentation and organise the Legal Departments filing system.
  • Handling all documentation, getting approvals and signatures, obtain and send scanned copies and original documents concerning the Group companies and its officers.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience preferably in the FX of minimum 3 years
  • Bachelor Degree in Law/Business or Finance (required)
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of PSPs/Applications/KYC Principles
  • Good coordination and communication with banks
  • Knowledge in creating board minutes and resolutions
  • Review and draft agreements
  • AML & CySec Advanced will be considered as un advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (writing and speaking). Any other language will be considered as an advantage
