On behalf of our client, a well-established corporate solution, financial and real estate investment firm, GRS are seeking for a Corporate Administrator to join their team in Limassol.   • Company registration process
  • Meeting all annual requirements
  • Handling all corporate filings
  • Communicating with gov’t authorities
  • KYC/compliance
  • Keeping company files in order (hard copy/server)
  • Communication with bank
  • Opening of bank accounts
  • Assisting clients with bank transfers/transactions
  • 3 years corporate administration experience in Cyprus
  • Experience with working with local / foreign banks
  • Confidentiality, professionalism and integrity
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent knowledge of the English Language.
  • Knowledge of the Greek language will be considered as an advantage
  • Knowledge of the Russian language will be considered as an advantage.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
