GRS are working with an established Corporate and Financial Services provider, who are seeking a Corporate Administrator to join their team in Malta. While relevant work experience is considered a strong asset, it is not essential for the role. The candidate requires an A-Level standard of education, as well as excellent communication skills in English. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client communication on a daily basis and handling various requests in a timely manner

  • Strict adherence to the Company’s Policies & Procedures

  • Providing assistance to the Corporate team in the setup process of companies, from prospect phase until incorporation, registering with local authorities, opening of bank accounts etc

  • Attendance and participation at client meetings, either on or off site and the keeping of minutes

  • Collection and verification of due diligence conducted as part of know your client procedures.

  • Maintain company registers

  • Coordination with other Company Departments

  • Keep abreast with new legal and fiscal developments

  • Ensure statutory deadlines are met

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Relevant professional experience in a corporate service provider setup or company law background

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a Corporate Department or a similar role

  • Fluent in English, Maltese and Italian (both verbally & written)

  • Computer literate with a good knowledge of Office applications

  • Experience within Maltese Corporate Law will be considered an asset

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Personal credibility, integrity and high moral standards

  • Result oriented, responsible, highly meticulous and detail-oriented

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently and on one’s own initiative

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
