GRS Recruitment are working with a well-established Service provider in Limassol who are searching to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join the team in Limassol. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients, which involves conducting client due diligence and identification procedures in alignment with the company’s AML Policy and KYC Procedures.
  • Coordinating with banks and other financial institutions regarding the opening of bank accounts, conducting bank reviews, and addressing inquiries related to client activities.
  • Managing daily corporate inquiries from clients promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborating closely with management to ensure timely handling of ongoing registrar, tax, and other filing obligations for client companies, thereby maintaining their good standing.
  • Participating in transaction closings and overseeing corporate structure changes for client companies as necessary.
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and meet deadlines.
  • Providing daily reports to management, including updates on completion of client requests, any client complaints, and any legal or compliance issues.
  • Alerting management to client requests posing risks to the company or significant upcoming transactions for strategic planning purposes.
  • Recommending new solutions to enhance the quality and efficiency of the Corporate Department to management.
  • Performing additional job-related duties as required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • University Degree in (Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Management/Law)
  • Min 1-2 years’ experience in Corporate Services required (Direct or in Corporate teams of Accounting or Law Firms)
  • Excellent analytical and written communication skills in both Greek and English languages
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Constructive teamworker
  • IT literate
