A well-established and growing group of companies specialising in Real Estate and Real Estate Services are working with GRS to recruit a Corporate Administrator based in Limassol. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role and be fluent in English and Greek, Russian will be considered an advantage.   • Answering calls, taking messages and handling inward/outward e-mail correspondence.
  • Arranging and coordinating appointments and greeting clients/associates.
  • Organising corporate events and/or conferences.
  • Stationery management.
  • General organization of the Firm and responsibility to keep the office clean and tidy.
  • External office jobs including visiting banks, and public services
  • Secretarial Degree and minimum 2 years of relevant and professional experience.
  • Excellent command of English and Greek language both written and verbal. Russian will be considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated with excellent problem-solving and initiative skills.
  • Strong willingness for learning and development.
  • Excellent presentation and pleasant personality.
  • Work under pressure.
  • Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Teamwork and collaboration.
