On behalf of our Client, a Corporate Service provider, GRS are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator in Nicosia. If you have the necessary skills and experience, then GRS are looking forward to receiving your CV for this Nicosia based Corporate Administrator role.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage a Portfolio of Clients
  • Preparation of Resolutions and Minutes, preparation and submission of ROC documents
  • Communication with Clients
  • KYC checks and procedures
  • Billing Clients
  • Update of UBO Registry
  • Liaising with regulators
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Relevant University Degree
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • It will be considered an advantage if the person applying knows how to use Zygos
  • Greek and English fluent
  • Attention to detail
