MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Incorporation of Cyprus companies

Submit and manage changes with the Registrar of Companies and other jurisdictions
-
Preparation, review and execution of various documents, including resolutions, minutes, power of attorneys, incumbency certificates etc
-
Arranging execution, notarizations, apostille and certification of documents
-
Providing administrative support to lawyers
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Business related University Degree / Law degree will be considered an advantage
-
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
-
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language, both verbal and written
-
Organizational skills and ability to multitask
-
Self-motivated with strong communication skills

Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Team player

Demonstrates professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility
