MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Liaising with clients/representatives of companies for day-to-day transactions

Reviewing and updating of companies KYC files in accordance with local regulations and internal control policies

Review of and/or drafting/preparation and execution of legal documents such as Powers of Attorney, Agreements and Resolutions and any other as needed
-
Liaising with the lawyers as needed for the preparation of legal documents and/or providing supporting documents in connection with the transactions
-
Organizing board meetings and attending and keeping minutes
-
Opening bank accounts
-
Reviewing bank forms and liaising with clients/banks for the FATCA classification of the entities

Preparing payment instructions, monitoring bank accounts and obtaining reports from the bank
-
Responsible for any other duties needed to be performed
CANDIDATE PROFILE

University Degree in Law/Business/Accounting or other related field
-
Any previous working experience will be considered an advantage

Good working knowledge of AML legislations

Understanding of basic accounting principles
-
Excellent organizational skills
-
Attention to detail
-
Ability to work under pressure
