  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements and documentation across multiple practice areas, including Corporate, Commercial, Dispute Resolution, Tax, Intellectual Property, IT, and Gaming
  • Handle company law matters, including company formations, corporate governance, and company secretarial duties when required
  • Support the Partner in investment-related work, including insider trading, audit and accounts explanations, compliance, and due diligence processes
  • Liaise with regulators, auditors, and external counsel, coordinating submissions, filings, and communications as required
  • Undertake legal research and briefing, preparing concise notes, summaries, and recommendations across diverse and often overlapping legal domains
  • Manage and streamline the Partner’s administrative and organisational tasks, including scheduling, document management, follow-ups, and project tracking, ensuring seamless workflow
  • Assist in regulatory and gaming compliance matters, including licence reviews, policy implementation, and communications with authorities
  • Participate in client meetings, preparing documentation, and managing follow-up actions
  • Maintain a proactive awareness of ongoing matters, deadlines, and client needs, ensuring the Partner is always supported with timely, accurate information

  • Strong drafting and research ability, adaptable across multiple practice areas
  • Comfortable handling both high-level legal work and practical administrative duties — from reviewing complex contracts to coordinating schedules or managing correspondence
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to maintain composure in a demanding and fast-paced environment
