MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling and assistance with M&A transactions including due diligence inquiries and management, drafting or review of transaction documents and drafting or review and handling of completion documents
- General legal commercial and corporate advisory work
- Supporting the Corporate and Commercial team generally, under the direction of the Firm’s partners
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Be fully qualified (An LLM or similar masters degree in a relevant area or 2 years or more post-qualification experience will be considered favourably)
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be able to work in a team
- Have excellent communication skills especially in English and Maltese, both verbal and written
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €35,000 - €50,000 Gross Per Annum
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability
