GRS Recruitment is partnering with a leading global financial services organisation in Limassol Cyprus to recruit a Corporate & CSR Programs Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive professional to play a key role in delivering meaningful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives while supporting high-profile corporate projects across an international business. Working within the Corporate Communications & CSR team, you'll lead the coordination and delivery of community programmes, partnerships, employee engagement initiatives, and corporate events. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll collaborate with internal stakeholders, charities, external partners, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
CSR & Foundation Programmes

Coordinate the successful delivery of CSR programmes, ensuring projects are well planned, organised, and executed.

Build and maintain strong relationships with charities, community organisations, partners, and beneficiaries.

Manage the planning and delivery of CSR events, volunteering initiatives, and employee engagement activities.

Collect programme data, impact metrics, and success stories to support reporting and communications.

Maintain project plans, budgets, trackers, and documentation to ensure effective programme management.
Corporate Programmes & Projects

Provide project management support across a range of corporate communications and business initiatives.

Coordinate timelines, project plans, and key deliverables across multiple workstreams.

Organise corporate events, meetings, and internal initiatives from planning through to execution.

Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and project updates for internal stakeholders.
Stakeholder & Project Coordination

Act as a central point of coordination across internal teams, external partners, agencies, and suppliers.

Monitor project budgets, invoices, and administrative processes.

Drive consistency across project documentation, reporting, and governance.

Ensure projects remain on track by proactively managing deadlines and resolving issues.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Solid experience in CSR, Corporate Affairs, Programme Management, Project Coordination, Events, or a similar role.

A genuine passion for corporate social responsibility, sustainability, or community-focused initiatives.

Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Proven experience coordinating events, programmes, or cross-functional projects.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to work with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with a hands-on approach.

Experience within financial services or another regulated industry would be advantageous.
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€36,000 - €48,000 Gross Per Annum
