Our client, a provider of a range of professional services that are tailored to clients’ needs by providing complete corporate and professional solutions to start-up businesses setting up or relocating to Malta is seeking to recruit a Corporate Executive for their Malta-based office. To be successful in this role you will need to have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role working with client accounts and be familiar with corporate legal aspects. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Managing a portfolio of clients and handling client requests in a timely manner.
  • Providing corporate assistance to potential and existing clients.
  • Performing general corporate administration duties and assisting with compliance matters.
  • Liaise with regulators on compliance-related matters and ensure all reports are submitted promptly and accurately to them.
  • Maintain the corporate files.
  • Maintaining an open dialogue of communication with clients on a regular basis and keeping clients informed on any new relevant developments within their industry.
  • Assistance with the setting up of new companies, preparation, and submission of statutory filings.
  • Liaising and corresponding with lawyers, accountants, and auditors on behalf of clients.
  • Communicating with the Malta Business Registry and other regulatory authorities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Sound working knowledge of Company Law and local corporate matters.
  • Be organized and thrive on challenges such as meeting deadlines, managing multiple tasks, people, and clients
  • Be a ‘people’s person’ with the ability to train and lead others
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders
  • Being on top of policy changes both internal and external with the ability to implement changes as necessary.
