Our client, a boutique Corporate Service and Trust provider in Malta, now has an opportunity for an experienced Corporate Executive to join their diverse and friendly team. To be successful in this role you would have a CSP background and have had experience in a similar role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Incorporation of companies
  • Managing a portfolio of clients
  • Assisting in day-to-day corporate tasks
  • Conducting KYC and due diligence processes
  • Liaising with clients, client representatives, and advisors
  • Liaising with the Malta Business Registry and other authorities/agencies
  • Ensuring compliance of client portfolio with applicable laws
  • Opening bank accounts and managing communication with banks.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • At least 2 years’ experience in similar roles within a CSP
  • Be up to date and have adequate knowledge on AML/CFT Laws & Regulations
  • Be a team player and also work well without supervision, taking initiative and being pro-active
  • Having a good command of English as a working language. A good command of Italian, Spanish, and/or French shall be considered an asset but not a must
  • Excellent IT proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other office applications and tools.
  • Relevant academic qualification, particularly a law degree or background shall be considered an asset.
  • If you have had experience with Yachting it will be considered an advantage, but again, not essential.
