A leading boutique law firm in Cyprus offering a wide range of legal services from highly complex matters to day-to-day transactional legal needs, are working with GRS to recruit a Corporate Lawyer to join their Limassol based team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ post qualified experience practising in corporate law. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Drafting and/or reviewing contracts, legal opinions, resolutions, power of attorneys and any other legal documents.

Handling various corporate transactions (i.e. re-domiciliation of companies, SPA, merger, and acquisitions etc.)

Liaising with the Registrar of Companies and relevant governmental authorities if needed.

Advising and consulting clients on various matters relating to corporate and commercial, real estate and immigration.

Participating in meetings and having ongoing communication with clients and other relevant authorities.

Undertake legal research.

Undertaking any other responsibilities of a lawyer, according to the needs of the firm from time to time.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

A graduate of Law preferably from a UK university.

Membership with the Cyprus Bar Association.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Corporate Law either within a firm or ASP.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.

Ability to multitask, prioritize and work well under pressure with client deadlines.

Ability to understand complicated contents of legal/corporate material and transactions.
