A global Accounting & Advisory firm is looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join their Tax & Corporate team in Malta. You will be involved in company formations, corporate restructurings, review of corporate documents and agreements, whilst providing transactional solutions to clients. If you are seeking an opportunity to expand your knowledge and experience in tax and corporate law assisting a wide range of clients operating in a multitude of industries this could be the right position for you! The ideal candidate will have attained a degree in Law from Malta and 2 years’ experience in a similar role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in corporate restructuring and company formation

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Degree in Law from Maltese university

2 years’ experience in a similar role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated, driven to excellence and a keen eye for detail

Good presentation skills with strong time management and team collaboration skills

Able to communicate with clients in a professional manner
