Our client is a successful law firm in the area of litigation, commercial and corporate services and is currently looking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer for their team in Nicosia. The successful candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in Corporate and Compliance matters. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage matters regarding the incorporation of companies and corporate governance.

Handle various aspects of corporate transactions.

Prepare and review contracts, resolutions, power of attorneys, and other relevant legal documents related to the department.

Advice on corporate and commercial law matters

Maintain up to date knowledge in regards to the laws and regulations of Cyprus
-
Communicate with the Registrar of Companies, opening of bank accounts, and other relevant authorities.

Coordinate and perform regulatory filings, procedures, and legal opinions.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University Degree in Law
-
Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
-
Must have 2-3 years of experience in Corporate and Compliance Matters

Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language, both verbal and written - Russian or Ukrainian would be an advantage.
