MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Central point of contact for correspondence with clients, notaries, external advisors, regulatory and governmental bodies and other relevant parties

Provide the required legal support and assistance

Assist clients with mergers and acquisitions and provide assistance concerning the drafting, negotiating and performance of contracts

Provide advice and assisting in corporate transactions and restructuring of corporate entities
-
Draft and review contracts in various areas in accordance with the needs of clients
-
Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
A fully qualified lawyer, with a license to practice under Maltese law
-
Must have a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification work experience
-
Capable of working independently as well as in a team
-
Able to provide pragmatic solutions
-
Excellent communication skills in both English and Maltese
-
Motivated and able to meet deadlines.
